1.1h - Manual TP Scan bug

well, it's not related to 1.1h only. It's in all previous versions as well.
I just wanted to keep the "standard" bug report titling.

When you choose a manual scan of transponder DVB dream opens a dialogue with TP selection.
When you select the Sat you want, DVB Dream initially fills all TP fields with zeros (until I select the proper TP from the list).
The problem is: DVB Dream immediately sends the tuning command (with all zeros!) to the tuner. Surely, tuning is not successful. But it could lock the tuner (make it unresponsive).

Rel, could you remove this initial tuning command from the code?
And send it ONLY when "Scan" or "V" buttons are pressed?

I could fix my own driver (to ignore tuning to TP-with-all-zeros). But what about other drivers?

and now DD doesnt send the "tune" command to driver at all when freq is 0.
