Help needed, Genpix SkyWalker-1 -- Packet Losses....

It was working fine for about 2 months, suddenly, yesterday when I opened the computer, I could not watch any channels with my Genpix SkyWalker-1.

The LNB connection is no problem, also nothing has been changed on the computer either.

The packets are just keeping losses in DD, see the attached screen shot.
What can I do? Any suggestions are welcome.. tks
