Baffling LNB issue

I am in the process of setting up DVBdream to work with a motor but decided to go one step at a time and first get DVBD running with a single LNB. My setup is as follows:

Dish is pointed to 91W with strong signal on both FTA box and MYT.
LNB is Ariza DSS Dual LNB GK532 - LO 11.25 GHZ
Genpix Skywalker 1 with latest FW and driver
DVBdream 1.4i

I am connected directly to the fixed LNB pointed at 91W with no switches. No matter what I set the LNB to I get no signal . My signal strength shows at 84% on my signal meter and MYT on the same PC works fine. I spent hours today fiddling with LNB types and LOs but no luck with any. I have even tried reinstalling to a different directory. Everything looks fine I just can not get signal not matter what I do. Am I missing something??
