Need option for which monitor it opens on

A checkbox that lets you decide if the app opens to the same monitor it previously was opened on would be nice. If I have the TV off, I don't want to let it warm up just so I can drag the window back to the computer monitor. Similarly, if I disable the 2nd display, the app should open to the primary (ONLY) display, regardless of previous or checkbox setting. (right now it is stuck in lala land with only one display enabled).

Also perhaps a checkbox for "always open with renderer disabled" would be helpful for people who still don't have their codecs/hardware in order.
