Problem recording BBC HD

Hi everyone, first post, so please be kind!

I have just purchased a Compro S350 card, set up a dish in the back garden pointing at Astra 2D, installed DVBDream, and nearly everything is working fine.

The only thing I can't seem to do is record BBC HD despite the fact I can watch it off-air beautifully with superb picture and great audio. It certainly seems to be recording and generates HUGE .ts files. However, no matter what player I use (Power DVD, WMP, VLC) they only play the first 6 seconds, video is perfect but no audio. The player then just stops like it has come to the end of the file. I have checked the record format is set to .ts.

I just wondered if I'm missing something obvious here? I have done a search, but can't find anything similar reported.
