Dvbdream 1.4 and Sagetv 6.3 w/network encoder

Why is it that on A&E_HD and Bio_HD and a few more in Sagetv the channels are stuttering. When watched in dvbdream then there is no problem. But on Sagetv it is totaly unwatchable and it is only a few h264 channels like that. All other h.264 channels are perfect. Current decode codec is Arcsoft hd 264 .System is amd x2 4400 with 1.5 gig ddr2 and winx xp sp3. With coreavc there is no pic at all.

HKey_L_M\SOFTWARE\Frey Technologies\Common\DSFilters\MpegDeMux values NumBuffers and BufferSize.
I currently have these set to 100 and 20000 hex, respectively.
