How do I change IP that DD broadcasts to via command line

Hi, I wrote a quick VB app that will let me change the channels on DD remotely from another computer, then launches VLC to watch that channel. I've got it so that it actually works very well, and is very seamless.

The only thing that I'm having trouble figuring out is how to get DD to change the IP that it is streaming to from the command line. Right now, I have to RDP into the DD machine, and change the IP manually everytime I switch the computer that I want to watch TV on.

Is there any clean way to do this? I was even thinking about having my program change the config file, and then restart DD. But I'm not sure if that is a good way to do it since the config file looks like a binary file and not an ascii file.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
