1020A Twinhan using Dish 1000.2 proper Disec settings?

Hello all.

I've placed a search for this same type of setup with no luck.

Here are the components of my system:

AMD Athlon 64X2 6000+
Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H
4 GB DDR2 (800mhz) ram

1020A Twinhan Visionplus DVB-S
Diamond HD4350 512MB PCI-Express Video Card
Microsoft Windows XP Home SP3


And the dish:

Dish 1000.2 DishPro Plus

I'm attempting to scan the following satellites and receive all of the channels. 110, 119, 129.. (I know that I will not get HD) Unfortunately, I'm unable to pick up all of the channels. I've scanned multiple times with multiple disec settings and ini's. I usually get the same channels every time. I'm missing about 30% of the channels. I had a FTA box connected to this cable so, I know I'm getting a good signal because it would receive all channels. Does anyone have the same setup and been successful getting all channels? I don't know what to try next. Any suggestions / comments would be greatly appreciated! Would a power inserter solve my problem?
