can't scan all transponders

Helli comrades!
I/m new here and this is my first post.

Yesterday I've determined to switch from budled DVBViewer to dvbdream, and very pleased with speed of DVBDream work but i've stuck with some huge problems, if it possibel , please help me solve that problems
1. the program not always start properly and crashes
2. I've done satellite scan (hotbird 13) and sadly not all available transponders are scanned properly, about half of them shows no signal

installed all of latest drivers and software
