Not getting a Signal

I'm a completely new to the DVB cards and the DVBDream. I'm having a bit of a problem with my DVBDream. I have completed all the steps that came in my box and did everything it asked. The only problem is that I'm not getting any signal from my Satellite.I'm trying to get channel 110, and 119 So I hope someone can help me out so I can get a signal Please been trying to get it to work for a month.
