Installation of codecs

I've re-installed this and had to reposition the aerial to get a better signal.
I'm wondering, how do you install codecs on this and get them to show up in the list?

Microsoft's default, nor do DivX show up in the list - and how do I get them to?

I'm new to adding codecs to this... any help is appreciated.
