Technisat remote (TS35) with other type of DVB card

Can one use the Technisat Remote (TS35) with another DVB card other than the SkyStar2 pci board? Could use Girder, Winlirc, Plugin for WinLIRC2Girder, and TS35.cf file with DVBDream 1.2a......but I don't know if the remote needs either the Technisat software and the Technisat PCI card to work with DVBDream.

it is possible to use WinLIRC remote with any DVB card.
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
