1.5c crashed when sheduled recording should start

It's first time that this problem occured in 1.5c

Conditions when it occured
System load low to moderate HDD load medium to heavy (single app writing previous ts cutted file to disk)

When eureka log popped out in dd old channel (different from that one that should be recorded, another tp an polarity same satelite) was visible - single frozen frame

Codecs in use bultin Windows 7 codecs for mpg 2 audio and video with Direct connection checked in Video settings dialog renderer EVR audio Default direct sound device

In eureka log the drive capacity and free space refers to my system drive wich is different from my record drive
Record drive is 1TB drive with 10GB of free space when the recording should start

btw when using different record locations with stop recording setting set to 500 mb when fre space dropped bellow that point on currently used record path DD started to drop packets - recording continued (other two record locations had lot of free space)
