Will DVB Dream work with an Invacom Quad Polar Legacy LNB

I still have not been able to get my Prof S2 7301 to scan with DVB Dream.
Can anyone tell me if it has anything to do with the fact I am using a INVACOM Quad polar Legacy LNB QPH-031
There has to be some reason?
