Why there is a verticle yellow line in all recorded channels

Why there is a vertical yellow line when I recording all channels in the same transponder?

I haven't seen this. Maybe you could give name of channel.
Did sometimes notice channels have blue or purple bar on left of screen.. but that was down to MPEG2 encoder.

Might be problem related to broadcaster.
