des.dll file problems

I have just upgraded to v.22b-p1, and when i start the program, i am getting this error - "Error #2374: for some reason dvbdream can not load des.dll into memory. It could be caused by your antivirus software, insufficient memory, or a windows system error. try to reset the computer, otherwise you can not watch the scrambled channels", once i clicked that, it says, this application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect, reinstalling may help, then the program starts

I have just upgraded from version 1.7, so i restarted, that didn't work, then i uninstalled then reinstalled it and its still coming up with the same error. I am also using windows xp

Anyone got any ideas of what is wrong, any help would be appreciated

Sorry, I can't help you, try the clean install, re-install the codecs, uninstall all you don't need, then just Windows reinstall.

install DD to another path. (change the folder name while installing)
then copy your chlist.chl file from the old version to new, that should work fine.
