Tevii S662 problem scan channel

Hi ,

I bought tevii s662 usb and use windows 7 64bit 4Giga ram ,dvbdream 2.7.3 p3 end after 30 day (trial version) , I have a good signal , i don't use diseqc ,using last driver Tevii S662 BDA DVB-S2 version 5.1.9.3 date 20-11-2014 .
Satellite 10E
Transponders :
a) 11221 V 30000 8qpsk -
using interface bda version 3.3.1 got no channels although there is signal (attached image) .
using interface Tevii version 1.0.0 got channels (attached image) .

b) 11638 H 5304 qpsk
using interface bda version 3.3.1 got no channels although there is signal (attached image) .
using interface Tevii version 1.0.0 got no channels although there is signal (attached image) .

An other receiver and the same dish Both transponder have good signal and work good .

I attached 4 images and logs and TeViidll (from tevii support).

1.Also the same dish and cable with spark box receiver and work channel like the image i attached .

2.The same every thing like my previous post except satellite card Technisat DVB-PC TV star PCI (skystar2 dvbs) driver version 4.6.0.9999 , driver date 28-04-2010
Scan channels ok and work good , i attached image .

Currently I am unable to test with your card (I'll be away from the Tevii device I have for a few months), maybe later in future will have possibility to test and gather more info from the manufacturer, just keep the bug report here for now.

I got Tevii S660 from a friend and make compare between S660 and S662 :
S660
can process with low symbol rate (sr 5304) like at transponder 11638 H 5304 qpsk and scan channels and open it (i attached image)
can process with low symbol rate (sr 7200) like at transponder 10999 H 7200 8psk (it was a feed) and scan channels and open it (i attached image)

S662
can not process with low symbol rate (sr 5304) like at transponder 11638 H 5304 qpsk , can found signal but can't scan channels (i attached image)
can not process with low symbol rate (sr 7200) like at transponder 10999 H 7200 8psk (it was a feed) , can't found signal at all (i attached image)

Both cards Tevii S660 and S662 tested at the same time and the same PC and the same dish.

Tevii S660 work good .
Tevii S662 Contain Defects industry , i don't recommend buy it .

Tevii support send me old driver version 5183 and my problems fixed , so it was faulty driver by tevii support (it takes long time until they found the issue and the fix) .
