Enter to 'Registered users area' no more possible

Hello,

I bought dvb dream some time ago and when I tried lately to download new version of dvb dream software I got a message that my user/email is not correct.
When I try to get a new password it gives me info that my email does not exist in the database.

Can somebody help me with this?

*I had to create a new account in order to get to this forum so this user is not this one which has been lost.
