where do i go to input keys finally able to scan channels but can only watch nasa and angel channels. i have vpl** 1.40 downloaded but do not know where to place it. i tried to find place to manually input keys but can not. in the past i had ritz installed and could go to the plugin folder in the menu at the top and find vpl** in the drop down but when i go to plugin at the menu items across the top i can not get it to open i just want to find out how to input the keys. thanks for any and all help, suggestions.
