I have been using this KWorld USB terrestrial Freeview stick with its HyperMedia S/W for a year or so, with pretty good results, as far as the picture is concerned. But the SW is virtually unusable for programmed recordings, so I started looking around and stumbled on DVB Dream, which seems a possible way forward for me. Especially since it also has a friendly and helpful (I hope) community of users.
The problem is, that I can't get DD to work. DD seems to see the device as a BDA 2881, but can't see any signal, so does not register any channels.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm using the latest driver from KWorld. I haven't added any codecs since trying DD, so perhaps I need to install new ones. But even so, I would have thought that the device would have seen channels (I get about 63 when using HyperMedia).
Have I got the wrong driver or codecs, or is it something else? Hope someone can help...

Just to be a bit more specific about my problems with getting DVB Dream to work:
1. The driver I am using for my KWorld DVB-T 310U is the latest (I think) from the KWorld web site. Should I be using something else?
2. I read in the DD Forum that perhaps I should be using a BDA_ALL driver. Is this necessary with the latest version (1.4i) of DD? If so, where do I get it?
3. In the Codecs preferences for DD (under Options/Video, I think), the Video Codec and Video Renderer are both shown as pink. How do I get the right codecs? Also the H.264 Codec is shown as "Null (No Video)....". Is this OK?
4. In any case, regardless of these settings, should I expect the card to find channels when I carry out a scan? It picks up 63 when I use HyperMedia software
Hope someone out there can help me....

1. You can find scanman's bda's here:
http://www.dvbdream.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1146
2. You should be able to scan for chanels without correct codecs.
3. To have more codecs google for K-Lite codecpack, download and install it.
You should be able to find a combination that will run o your hardware. Usually if you have a dx9/10 GPU use Cyberlink for video and Intervideo or ffdshow for audio.
