[CODEC RENDERER] video mixing render problem

i am using
win 7 64bit
Dvb Dream v1.5 - BDA (DVB-S) - DTV-DVB 1027 DVBS BDA Tuner Filter
ATI Radeon HD 4250
K-Lite mega codec pack 7

and my program video settings is
video : Microsoft Mpeg2
video Render : video mixing render 9

the problem is the quality of picture because when i use video mixing render the picture have sharp pixels
but with enhanced video render the picture become smooth
but the problem with EVR when maximize or minimize the prog hang for 2 sec

I have the Same Problem with All ATI Radeon HD Cards Only with DVBDream,
It works fine with any other program.
