crash during scanning

Hello,
after trying to scan both ASTRA 19.2 and HOTBIRD 13 I get crash on dvbdream (around 10-15% of scanning process).
What is the problem?

how to answer that question?

add log files, write on which transponder the problem happens. if it is only on specific frequency
also attach crash screenshot

I uploaded two screenshots and dvbdream.log

There is no particular frequency.

try a clean install of latest setup package (download again) without plugins and modules please. see if it scans ok.
if problem still continues, try with b2c2_sdk device interface instead of b2c2_direct
let me know if problem continues.

I did unistallation but now I cannot find my serial number
