It will be cool feature for DVB Dream, add additional video render such as Haali or madVR

added in upcoming version as an experimental feature, hopefully will be released at the weekend
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it

But madvr can't handle aspect ratio for now. Could you fix this in future please?
