Hi,
DD 2.7.1 is sometimes trying to send crash emails which fails. This is actually a good thing, since it shouldn't send anything without the user's consent anyway.
Where can I turn this feature off?

You can just click "cancel" / "terminate" to close that window
If it automatically sends (normally shouldn't) , there should be an option at bottom left corner on the crash report window, need to untick that option.

Re: Eureka emails on crash
I know the window you are talking about, unfortunately, I see it frequently with my TBS tuners...
However, in this case there is no such window, just a small one saying 'sending message' (or similar), and a few seconds later a message box with a failure message like this:
---------------------------
Error.
---------------------------
[SMTP] Connected to 66.196.118.36 port 25
220 mta1204.mail.bf1.yahoo.com ESMTP ready
HELO ....
250 mta1204.mail.bf1.yahoo.com
RSET
250 OK
MAIL FROM:<eurekalog@email.com>
553 Mail from .... not allowed - 5.7.1 [BL21] Connections not accepted from IP addresses on Spamhaus PBL; see http://postmaster.yahoo.com/errors/550-bl21.html [550]

Re: Eureka emails on crash
Maybe recent versions / crash report module update caused such, I will look into that
