Genpix Skywalker-1 Error code: 12

I have re-installed Win7 32-bit and dvbdream 2.8 and get general hardware fault (error code: 12) starting program using dvblink tuner #1 (or #2, #3, #4, etc.). Program starts, but hardware is in offline mode and video codec is 'reddened'. BDA v.48.4... API 3.1.0

If I start dvbdream 2.8 with bda device: Genpix advanced tuner, program freezes, and crashes. Attached please find dvbdream.log and bda.log in connection with this matter.

I also forwarded error information via the internet from the program itself today, about 45 minutes ago.

I think something corrupted the system files,
I see from the error code that some direct show filters cause problem, you might need to test on a clean windows install then find the culprit (probably anoter DVB related software causes the problem)
