How to re-enable Upgrade reminder?

Perhaps I disabled upgrade reminder for some old version, because of some issues with the new version - as I used multiple DD installations for multiple tuners. Currently I need to re-enable it again, but I don't know how - is it possible without losing my other settings / removing the Settings.cfg file?

Upgrade reminder option is enabled in Preferences > Update, I tried to disable it, OK and then re-enable it and restart DD, but it still doesn't work. Is it a bug? I missed the version 3.0 because of this.

Using DD v2.8.1, Windows 10 64-bit Home.

I think you enabled it without any problems but I didnt push new version announce for v3.x yet, that is because I want it to be more stable first , then will announce. Then that new version reminder will work finely.
