EEROR MESSAGE AT STARTING OF DVBDREAM

Please can someone help me,i try to start DVBDREAM but the following error message is appearing :
CAN NOT CREATE SOURCE FILTER.YOU MUST RUN ""DDREG.BAT"" TO REGISTER DD SOURCE FILTER;
i try to execute DDREG.BAT but no succes.
Any solution for this THANKS

what operating system do you use ? (XP/ME/98 or Vista?! is it Windows MCE ?)

Actually i was enjoying DD for 2 months but when i try to re-install it i discover this bug

Try to re-install DirectX 9 (its latest update if possible)
