AMC-1 @ 103*W 4140V SkyStar HD2

I have been trying forever to lock this transponder on AMC-1 @ 103*W C-Band...
4140V SR30000 FEC5/6 8PSK
...I'm not interested in the 4k UHD feeds... I'm only interested in the DW-TV subchannel (I really miss this channel being on old fashioned DVB-S)

Using...
- Technisat Skystar HD2 PCI
- Windows 10 64-bit
- Device Driver version 1.1.1.502 (only one I can get working)
- Using BDA driver in DVB Dream v3.3 (old mantis.dev driver from r00t won't work)

Notes...
- I can tune other S2 transponders on this satellite with high symbol-rates, like...
4120H SR30000 FEC5/6

Anyone have any ideas I can fiddle around with?

for MIS transponders ( where subchannels), you need a tuner with MIS reception capability (TBS company cards provide such option)
maybe it needs a code to lock (you might need root/combo/gold + code combination), So even you have this advanced tuner,you might not be able to lock.
