HEVC codec`s Pc cpu Gpu

Eu sou interessado por algumas novas tecnologias e gostava de ver o meu Pc reproduzir HEVC 4k UHD sem paragens na imagem , codec cyberlink o que aguenta mais mas a imagem fica ainda lenta , tenho grafica GTX 1050 .

I'm interested in some new technologies and I would like to see my Pc play HEVC 4K UHD with no stops in the image, cyberlink codec what can take longer but the image gets still slow, I have GTX 1050 graphics.

Did you give the processing load to the GPU ?
