What do you think? What about DD support? Probably too early to ask, or too late?

I know that DD doesn't support an CI. What a pitty - should be implemented asap.

I also know, that there are some probs with DiSeqC (specially 1.2 for Dish-Rotors) while using an BDA-Driver. This is mainly a prob made by Mr. Billy Boy...

But the main question is/was:
Will the Technisat SkyStar HD and/or TechnoTrend S2-3200 (same hardware !?) work with DD with BDA-Drivers ?
Or are there still (?) some insufficencies ?
Did anyone still tested that cards ?

I hate to be a doomsayer on new product. But, realistically, the processor speed needed for the HD end of this card, being so high, could limit the market some what at first. It's likely to be some time before the Linux crowd could adapt it's HD ability to Myth, because of the BDA drivers, or, other possible issues. I've been wrong before, because B2C2's chipset, is a aready a recognized standard in the Linux kernel.
Other than that it's looks like another fine product from Technisat. As prices becomes stable as their other products have. When I'm ready to upgrade my Prescott, I'll start my search for one.
Yes, I think DVBDream shoud be looking into adding this, to it's supported card list.

Will it work (recognizing the Card correctly) ?
Will DiSeqC work to switch between Ports on a MultiSwitch ?

Yes
Yes
Yes ... I have no problem with a 4 Port config

Btw ..

There is a problem with the signal/quality meter ... when it´s on the cpu load goes to 100% ( I think it is a problem with the BDA Driver) ... simply disable it .

DVB-S2 Transponder must be set to 8PSK in the Transponderlist
e.g. 62=12522,V,22000,23,8PSK

Unfortunely, my system is a liitle bit to slow for HDTV-Channels ... a single Core CPU is not the best idea.
