DVBEPG won't populate with DD 1.3c

In DVBEPG settings, under the "channels" tab, my satellites don't even show. I can't populate my EPG, the channels aren't even listed.

This is the latest version, it works fine in MT.

What's wrong?
HARDWARE:
Skystar 2 rev. 2.6b (driver 4.4.0.0)
Dishpro twin LNB (BEV 91 + 82)
AMD Athlon64 3200+
2 GB RAM
300 GB HDD
Nvidia GeForce 7600gs
Sony 55" HDTV (DVI to HDMI)
s/pdif audio

SOFTWARE:
Nvidia PureVideo codec
WinXP pro
MyTheatre 3.38
DVBDREAM 1.3c

Same problem here if i install a newer dvbepg as a plugin.. :(

Legacy lnb's on 4x1 disecq
