DVBDream team- Genpix card

i have just now caught up on the background of this thread.

since i replied on this thread before reading the background i want it on record am aware that the h.264 issue is not related to the genpix adapter or its drivers, but is wholly related to the codecs and or their implementation in dvbdream.

the h.264 channels are fine with tsreader/mpc. so are recordings i've made with dvbdream. so how could it be a problem with the adapter?

i'm leaning towards thinking that dvbdream needs to be tweaked somehow...better dx graph, maybe my guids.ini file contains the incorrect guids?? (i'm using the one posted somewhere around here or dvbn; i've also manually added and removed guids to test)
