Is 7 day EPG possible on DN/Bev?
Moderators:X05, Dreamer, FredB
Hello,
I'm aware that the EPG and EEPG reside on scertain transponders of DN and Bev, but for the life of me I can't seem to collect anymore than 48 hours worth of data. I've left the TV on DN's EEPG tranponder overnight and still never got over ~100K events. Is there anything I might be doing wrong, or has DN stopped broadcasting long schedules?
thanks in advance,
Z

Hello Momotte,
First things first. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I don't want to be an a** kisser, but your EPG is the one and only one I use. Thank you!
Yes, I have selected 0x300 Parser along with the other one as well. I am using DVB dream 1.3c along with your module. As far as I have read, I should have been able to view the extended guide, but I jsut don't know why I only get the 48 hour events.
I've used other viewers such as My Theatre, RitzDVB, ProgDVB and haven't really gotten into it. Maybe I have a problem with those as well, but I'd rather use DVB Dream with my own mis-configuration then go back to the others.
I'll play around a bit more now. Obviously I am doing something very, very wrong, but probably simple.
regards,
Z

Sorry for not updating you earlier.
I checked with my theatre and the dvbepg plugin (ver 1.02.37) collects at least 7 days of channel data on the epg transponder of DN. The DVBEPG module (ver 1.02.40) does not seem to populate DVBdream beyond 48 hours.
Nope, I ain't of much help, but that's all I got so far.
thx

That's the version that you can d/l beside dvbdream on the front page of this siteWhere can I download this dvbepg 1.0.2.40 ?I'm having the same trouble with the EEPG in dvbepg 1.0.2.40 and dvbdream 1.3c. I got a few stray events from the eepg but didnt fill.
Was this ever solved?

I've never been sure where dvbepg comes from, nor if it is still developed. I read that it only works as a module in dvbdream, but as a plugin everywhere else. Neither seem to work to get a 9 day grid though.
dvbepg doesn't scroll properly with my mouse wheel (scrolls too far on each wheel roll), and I'd like for movies to list the year and star rating in the grid (beside the title). But, I've no idea what happened to dvbepg development or where it is/was hosted.
