Scanning VHF-Channels with DVB-T

the bugs that are most likely related to user configuration (like a specific hardware, codec or driver prob) or impossible to find a logical reason at the moment. The problems in this category might be fixed in future versions as users keep confirming them with additional information.

Scanning VHF-Channels with DVB-T

I don't use such a Hardware, but in the german forum www.dvbdream.de it is often reported so that this prob should be reported here also !
The majority of users have mostly USB-Stick for DVB-T, but also PCI-Card-users find fault with scanning VHF-Channels.
Can anybody confirm this bug and have a conclusion ?

dvb-t is digital

so far as i know dvb-t is only used in UHF

VHF is only for analog and you need for that a analog video card
KNC 1 dvb-S2 + pctvsat
diseq 19.2° - 13° - 28.2° - 23.5°
athlon x2 4200 + gf7600gt

Sorry, but in Germany VHF is used in some areas. E.g. around the cities of Hannover, Braunschweig, Hildesheim, Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt and possible a few other cities more.
As you can see, millions of people are able to watch DVB-T via DD in VHF.

Yes, really true. Examples for DVB-T in Germany:
> Hamburg CH09 (205.5)
> Hannover/Braunschweig CH08 (198.5)
> Berlin C05 (177.5) and CH07 (191.5)
> Frankfurt CH08 (198.5)
> München (Munich) CH10 (212.5)
and some other cities more.

Due to several TV-Standards in the world with different sections of frequencies and bandwidth, it will be the best idea to implement the bandwith of channels in the corresponding INI-files.

E.g. take a look at ProgDVB-INIs:
