1.4- no signal level or Q

Twinhan 1027--latest drivers or the one recomendet--when try to scan no signal! I try my receiver or diffrent player - have no problem, but dream will not let me scan and dish is on sat. I try with or without discqC - but dish connected trough the motor connections. What I'm doing wrong?
I'm using Invacom Quad QPH-031 LNB and maybe I need diffrent settings for this one --any advice?
Twinhan 1027 on p4 intel 3.4 board
