Geniatech DVB-S DigiStar Help Please

I just found this program and I love the fetures. I have mt setup but I like dvb dream better. The only problem is i cant get the switch in the dp twin lnb to switch. I scan and get the same sat for both scans. I Have read all post's and tried every setup. I tried genpix's post about setting to none and using raw commands but that didnt work. I think it has something to do with my card Geniatech DVB-S DigiStar. I cant find any info on the forum about this card or setup. I have seen other twinhan crads that had this problem and you needed info from twinhan. I wIll get any info that you need me to.

use WDM drivers wherever possible. (better for Diseqc)

if you have to use BDA, none of twinhan cards are guaranteed to work with diseqc.

"how to programmatically control the Diseqc ? Is there an SDK / library or documents for programmers ?"

Is there a WDM driver for this card? If so can someone post link please
