Do you know if Dvbdream support this Hardware ?

As all Terratec products have BDA drivers, this card should work with DVB Dream.

Perhaps you'll need to apply a frequency offset to be able to get signal.

I had try with DVBDream 1.3c and I see only the last channel selected with the Terratec Software no any other, why ?
