How to do Switch Port Changing

I have a 4 port switch, I have Sat 1 on port 1 and Sat 2 on port 2.

I setup my Settings like below:
Port 1 Sat 1
Port 2 Sat 2

Now I scan Sat 1 and get port 2, I scan Sat 2 and get port 2,
I Swap Port 1 to Sat 2 and port 2 to Sat 1 and I scan Sat 2
and get Port 2.

I can not seem to get my ports to change is there a way to cmd or
tell DVBD to change ports
I have a Box online to supply power to the Switch but still cant seem to get anything but what is comeing from port 2 on the switch.

is it DISEqC switch?

if yes, use these raw commnads:
port 1 - "E0 10 38 F0"
port 2 - "E0 10 38 F4"
port 3 - "E0 10 38 F8"
port 4 - "E0 10 38 FC"

can you attach your log files ? (specially c:\dvbdream\devices\twinhan.log)

take the log file after trying to switch between sats few times. (with proper diseqc dialog setup for your configuration)
