Reorganize Preferences

Add all options/settings to Preferences, maybe also rename Preferences to Options...

I mean to add these options to main Preferences window - create new 'tabs' (retain current keyboard shortcuts and menu items, just redirect to main Preferences window - appropriate 'tab'):

- device (and add also Device options button there)
- video
- diseqc
- transponders

...maybe also this (but not so important):

- channel list settings (retain current "CH list settings >>")
- modeles
- languages

And add Apply button to main Preferences window.

Maybe whole dialog should be enlarged a bit to fit all options.

I think it would be much clearer, novices would find everything in the same place, of course, it's low priority.
