When finished toggle doesn't work

When finished toggle doesn't work

On the Recording pulldown there is a "When Finished" pullout menu with three options. None, Quit, Shutdown.

Clicking these does not move the radio circle selection. It is always at None.

fixed in upcoming v1.4i
