So to be able to use Logitech Harmony remote 880, we have to buy an IMON IR Reciever to hook it to up PC and then program harmony remote as IMON Remote ?

TIA!

THanks for the all info Tosiba...you've been a great help. After reading your instructions many times over, it's starting to make sense to me. Currently the only way I am able to do direct channel switching is by moving channels to "Remote" section next to favs. I am unable to switch to say 200 for CNN as pressing 200 will take me to the 200th channel listed under Remote. Is there an easier way? Is it possible to just be able to press 500 and get the PPV guide channel directly instead of just gettting the 500th channel listed under Remote?
I only direct key in the channels by using DVBEPG.

You can't close DVBEPG by using a remote unless you select a channel. That's why I set up an "alt+tab" macro so that I can toggle back to the DD.

Just use ALT-F4 to close it. Works fine for me.

I am not familiar with using winlirc but if your skystar controller is ir you could buy a usb-uirt and use girder or hip to emulate keystrokes.

I also use my usb-uirt to control mpc....anything with keyboard shortcuts.

I hope this helps you.

How quick switch channels (key up/down) (i use remote control + girder)

If I clique on channel that switching occurs quickly,
but if I press the buttons up/down switching comes of delay.
What switch off this delay?

sorry for my bad bad English
