Not all soundcards listed

Hello. I have a little question.
I have one onboard soundcard (realtek audio 7.1 or what, it's not used)
and audigy 2 ZS sb0350 with the KX drivers.

Well, the problem is that dvbdream is not listing all my audio devices.
It's only listing my primary device, and default directsound device.

Is there a way to use cards other than the primary ones ?

if you don't use onboard sound card disable it in BIOS

Confirmed, I have a new USB headset and it's not listed either.

change to default in control panel
and click on " Use only default devices"
