Thanks in advance for your help. I have searched the forum but looks cannot find answer. I have recorded a HD video file, it is H.264 one and with .ts format, MPC can play it but the quality is quite bad, VLC cannot play. I am looking for some software that can cut part of the video file and convert it to some popular video format? Please help.
