Manual scan: different trasponder same channels

I'm in Italy. I've got a list with the data of DVB-T transponders I can receive.

I created a two frequencies list files but when I try to scan manually, regardless the transponder I select, I'm always getting the same channels (all of them belong to the same transp).

Any help, please?
