dvb Dream Wont start

Hi, I just installed DD but it wont start,( Twinhan 1027) I get a windows asking me for the language and after I click english I get the message "dvbdream.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I can't get pass from here, unistalled and installed the aplication several times with no success, here are some screen shoots, of the bug.

Ok it seems that it was the antivirus (Kaspersky), I paused the antivirus and it Started, I put the DVBDREAM folder on the exclusion list of Kaspesky but it doesnt work unless I stop the the antivirus.
