H264 SD channels not working !!!

I realize that this should be a brand new issue, since in America just got the first h264 Standard Definition Channels, every time that i turn into a channel i will get just the first frame and thats it, also is not identifying the type of audio.

I also have an issue with H.264 SD channels..
they DO play, but the A/V is badly out of sync, tried various codec combo's and it still results in out of sync then stutter(even with cpu usage of 3-4%)
However, streaming to MPC is rock solid, no sync issue and no stutter(VLC shows a frame then tries to open a second VLC, shows a frame, etc..)..
I am using the DVB_S2 feeds on AMC3 87w RTV(retro-tv) and have 98%/98% sig/quality
seems to me the codec/graph engine needs some work.. MPC is opensource...might be a good place to get a better understanding...
