Volume control and channel list move together

I tried this a few times to make sure.
Version 1.2a (spotted in in 1.2 beta but could not duplicate the problem)

I select a channel. (I have double click to select)

Then click on volume slider control to adjust volume.

Then with mouse pointer over the channel list window, not clicking on anything else,
rolling the mouse wheel scrolls the channel list and changes the volume together.

with pointer anywhere else only the volume changes.

clicking back on anything in channel list and problem goes away, operation returns to normal
