How to syntonize channel DVB-T.

Hi at all! I have an DVB-T USB Card, i'm in Italy. I have installed DVB Dream, i launched it. it ask me, language, i have select my Card TV, but after, when i scan the channel, it not find nothing. what i can do? thanks at all!
