Twinhan Starbox USB

I'm a newbie to DvbDream, with function properly with a Twinhan Starbox USB? Also, I have legacy LNBs and am using 4x4 multiswitches (one side tone on & the other side tone off) with diseqc switches, will DvbDream support these switches?
