Problem with twinhan channel changing Real long pauses

I just installed a twinhan 1027 on a buddies pc and the pauses between channels are unreal. Anybody have any ideas?
asus p5b 2.66ghz core 2 duo
4gb ddr2 800mhz
genpix skywalker-1 dpp 1000.2
geforce 7600gt coreavc 1.7pro
vista ultimate x64

nevermind, i figured i out, but there is a new problem which I'll have to start a new post for after I search.
